This is my go to store for shipping, returns and for passport photos. I have used their notary services as well. All the appointments were on time. The staff in this store are super helpful and polite. I have had good experience with all my visits here.

I have used this UPS store numerous times over the past year. I’ve had packages shipped, delivered back at the store, and repeated that process again several times due to unforeseen circumstances over the past year. I have never had an issue during all those times and I credit this store’s staff for how smoothly it’s gone. They’ve calmly worked with me (even when I was not so calm...), made sure my packages were all accounted for, and got me the best price possible. My most recent visit today with John just continued the exceptional service I have come to expect at this store. I honestly go out of my way to drop and ship packages from this specific location vs the locations I’m closest to. Can’t say enough positive things. Thanks UPS team!

The employee who helped me was so polite, professional and helpful, while: the phone was ringing, there were 3 customers behind me and a woman trying to get his attention by waving her cell phone at him. Exceptional service, exceptional employee.

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever used, always fast and polite and super clean inside. When I shipped Christmas presents across the country they helped recommend packaging that would keep things safe and were able to insure gifts where necessary! Everything always arrives in tact when I use them.

My name is Greg, and I have been a loyal customer of this UPS Store for the past 10 years. I run a business across New Jersey, Florida, and Washington, and I am truly grateful that in 2015, I signed a partnership agreement with this UPS Store. This week, from February 10 to 13, I once again experienced firsthand that a successful collaboration is defined not by promotional offers, but by the people you work with. The team at the UPS Store located at 24 Roy St., Seattle, has been a reliable guarantee of exceptional service, ensuring that my business needs are always understood and met. I would like to personally thank Manager Pammi and Darek, and the entire team for their continued professionalism and dedication. Despite being over 5,000 miles away from the store, they consistently resolve any issues I encounter in a prompt and efficient manner. Between January 29 and February 12, a package containing important business documents was mistakenly addressed by the sender, causing it to be lost. Pammi quickly contacted USPS within 24 hours, identified the error, and personally visited the location where the package had been held for 13 days. Thanks to her efforts, the important documentation is now on its way to Florida where it is urgently needed. This is just one of many instances that reflect the excellent service I have received during my 10 years of collaboration with this UPS Store. Today, on February 14, I am writing this review for the first time to show my appreciation and recommend this team to anyone seeking reliable and professional service. If you are considering their services, I strongly encourage you to visit this store. You will surely be as satisfied as I am. I do a lot of shipments weekly and by far the QA UPS store is my favorite…they are quick, efficient and so friendly. I think the manager’s name is Pammy…she is the best. I know my shipments will arrive on time and appreciate her attention to details to insure so. (Plus she is a joy to see on my weekly errands….) all the employees are great. Highly recommend!

My 1st time visiting this UPS store, but I have to say hands down this was the most helpful and friendly customer experience that I’ve received from any other UPS location. The assistance in getting my 3 boxes shipped & labeled was all attributed to one Customer Service rep, Felixity, who made getting in & out of there in what could’ve unpleasant into a complete breeze! We need more helpful people like Felixity in this world! Thank you.
